Brilliant Driving School
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, booking services, registering for lessons, making payment, or using any services offered by Brilliant Driving School, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any applicable policies, agreements, and notices posted on this website.
2. Services
Brilliant Driving School provides driver training, lesson packages, road test preparation, refresher instruction, and related services, subject to availability, instructor scheduling, service area limits, and student eligibility.
3. Eligibility
Students must hold a valid Ontario driver’s licence, learner’s permit, or other legally required authorization appropriate for the lesson or service booked. Students are responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted to participate in driving instruction.
4. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to acceptance by the school. Fees must be paid in accordance with the payment terms stated at the time of booking or invoicing. The school reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where payment is incomplete, incorrect information is provided, or scheduling is unavailable.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations, missed lessons, and rescheduling requests are subject to the school’s Cancellation and Refund Policy and any lesson-specific terms communicated at booking.
6. Road Test and Vehicle Use
Use of the school vehicle for a road test is subject to the Vehicle Use and Road Test Policy, instructor approval, vehicle availability, full payment, and student readiness. Use of a school vehicle does not guarantee a passing result.
7. Student Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully and safely at all times. The school may suspend or terminate services where a student is abusive, unsafe, impaired, threatening, or unwilling to follow instructor directions.
8. Website Information
The school makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but does not guarantee that all content, pricing, availability, or service descriptions are error-free or complete. The school may update website content at any time without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Brilliant Driving School shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, booking delays, scheduling issues, test outcomes, or circumstances outside the school’s reasonable control.
10. No Guarantee
The school does not guarantee that a student will pass any road test, obtain a licence by a specific date, or achieve a particular result from training.

12. Governing Law
