VEHICLE USE AND ROAD TEST POLICY
Brilliant Driving School
1. Vehicle Use
School vehicles are provided for scheduled driving lessons, practice sessions, warm-up lessons, and approved road test appointments only.
2. Approval Required
Use of the school vehicle for a road test is not automatic. Students must:

have the required valid licence or permit

complete required training
-
be considered ready by the instructor

pay all required fees
-
comply with school rules
3. Additional Fees
Additional charges may apply for:

road test vehicle use
-
instructor attendance
-
pre-test warm-up lessons
-
travel
-
waiting time
-
pickup and drop-off
-
special arrangements
4. Pickup and Drop-Off
Pickup and drop-off may be available only within the school’s service area and subject to scheduling. Students must be ready on time and provide a safe, accessible location.
5. Cleanliness and Care
Students must keep the vehicle clean and treat it respectfully. Smoking, vaping, messy food or drinks, and any conduct that may damage the vehicle or distract the instructor are prohibited.
6. Damage or Excessive Cleaning
Where a student causes unusual mess, odour, damage, or cleaning costs, the school may charge reasonable cleaning or repair costs.
7. Lateness
If a student is late, the lesson or appointment may still end at the original scheduled time. Repeated or excessive lateness may result in cancellation or additional fees.
8. Right to Refuse Vehicle Use
The school may refuse the use of its vehicle where:

the student is unwell, impaired, or unfit to drive

the student does not have the proper licence or permit
-
the student is unsafe or not road-test ready
-
fees are unpaid
-
the student behaves in an inappropriate, threatening, or disrespectful manner
-
weather, road, or mechanical conditions make driving unsafe
9. No Guarantee of Passing
Use of the school vehicle does not guarantee a pass on the road test.
