Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking instructors who:

Hold a valid Ontario Driving Instructor Licence (DLH)
Have a clean driving record
Completion of an MTO-approved Instructor course
Lessons should follow a structured plan, such as the MTO Drivers Handbook.
Demonstrate patience and strong communication skills
Prioritize safety and professionalism
Maintain a well-kept, insured training vehicle. (In-car lesson should be safe controlled manner, with a maximum of two students per instructor).

Deliver in-car driving instruction
Follow the school curriculum and policies
Complete lesson records accurately
Prepare students for road tests
Maintain professionalism at all times
